Our computerised CNC machines along with quality jigs help us to keep standards of
all vacuum forming at a high level.
In the polyurethane moulding area regular at mould
and at despatch checks are carried out to ensure the highest quality moulding's are being
produced.
With bespoke tooling, welding/assembly fixtures and bending checking fixtures we aim to produce the highest quality metal products whether as a insert for a Enzone Plastics 1990 Ltd or an individual product.
A dedicated quality controller regularly patrols the whole factory to help reduce quality issues later down the production process.
